Dr. Bernard T. Fuller was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1977, he began his formal Biblical training at the Baltimore School of the Bible. In 1978, God led him to Washington Bible College located in Lanham, Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies; after which he attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Arts in Christian Education and Master of Theology in Pastoral/Urban Ministries.
On September 1, 1988, Dr. Fuller assumed the position of Chairman of the Department of Urban Studies at the Washington Bible College. While teaching, he also founded the New Song Bible Fellowship Church and attended Howard University School of Divinity where he received his Doctorate of Ministry in Religious Education.
Dr. Fuller comes with a variety of ministry experiences. God has used him to minister in churches, on college campuses, and Bible conferences, locally, nationally, and internationally. Dr. Fuller has also been involved in working with married couples, singles, youth, and children’s ministries as well as church planting, leadership development and other pastoral related ministries over the last 30 years.
At present, Dr. Fuller serves as the President of the Barnabas Group, Inc. and is Senior Pastor of New Song Bible Fellowship Church in Bowie, Maryland. His best friend and wife is Brenda and they have been blessed as parents to have one son, Malachi, and a daughter, Moriah.
